Wow... just... wow... ermmm..... is it sad that about half that list reminds me of more than one gamer I know?

for PnP gamers everywhere - kateria - 07-14-2009

I believe if anyone is a gamer there are people out there we all know who would fit somewhere on that list Tongue

I found it rather funny... but some of it I do not really understand...

for PnP gamers everywhere - kateria - 07-14-2009

there's references to just about every form of table top rpg ever written from mainstraim to the very less obscure ones .

38. When investigating evil cultists not allowed to just torch the decrepit mansion from the outside.

Remind you of anyone Toshiro?

No... not at all, I would never burn anything to the ground cause its an obvious trap. Especially a spooky manor where someone is holding a noble's masquerade ball.

I guess it comes down to if you play a unpredictable character like Chaotic Neutral... first torching down the mansion cackling like a madman... for then the next day crying about sitting on the floor in a corner of room asking yourself why you did it.

Or ... just trying to figure out how you can convince the gm that torching the mansion from the outside was not only nessisasry but the explosives used should be allowed to be written off as a buisness expense . and for every body found amoung the remains should be more exp awarded

Coming up with good excuses as well myself when I used to torch people/NPCs in SWG.. such as 'my pet prefere well cooked meat' and such and 'Oups sorry I did not know you where cloaked there'

hehe still like the line about how the dr. jones school of sword fighting isn't recognized as a legal school for sword fighting .:punk:

for PnP gamers everywhere - QuorTek - 07-18-2009

Dunno... they still need to BURN.. torching people or spilling acid in there eyes or electrocuting them is an important thing in life... also dum dum bullets/cluster nades are fun.... and of course good old fashioned napalm... or marksmanship... dunno got this Commando gene in me I think... been high on it since I became one when NGE hit back then.. and hoping for the same experience in TOR.

As well as flying commandeering a ship or fleet.
