I agree, humans are stupid and can't figure out when a decade begins or ends. It is easier to think of the 20teens starting with 2010.

BTW what the hell was this past decade called, other than hell that is?

Happy New Years - Dervish - 01-03-2010

If that's so, then why did Seinfeld say the millenium New Year is 2001?

People called it the 2000's. Again humans being stupid.

This decade sucked badly enough lets hope it doesn't last a thousand years.

Well Seinfeld is maybe a bit smarter than the average joe.

Happy New Years - LSF Shadow - 01-04-2010

Next stop.....2012! WOO HOO!!

Happy New Years - Starfire - 01-08-2010

The last decade was called the aughts (sp?). This one is the teens. Next one is the roaring (maybe) 20's again! Does that mean those neat dances will come back? Damnit, what were they called? Flapjacks, or something or other. LOL. Anyway, I'm rambling.

I can see star is not obeying prohibition

Lindy Hop?

I guess it is still one leap behind technically... not a Jesus follower though he was a great guy... but technically year 0 count as a minus 1 likewise you can say with the byte system 1024 is actually 1023 because they count 0 as a factor as well but just showing it as 1024 to not confuse people that easely.

Happy New Years - NightFire - 01-09-2010

If you want to be really technical there are a few years "missing" from the calender if I remember correctly.

Happy New Years - Meparch - 01-09-2010

You mean the years I spent in college?

Happy New Years - LSF Shadow - 01-12-2010

WOW Arch talk about digging up some skeletons.....If we're going that rout, I better go get the steam shovel, it's gonna be a long night....Heh!
