Well it looked good... then he mentioned rotations and i just wanted to slap him so hard in the face. Sages run off priority not rotation.

If you read it, he says there is a stock rotation that you fill with your personal flavor. It isn't do this in this order to win type of rotation.
Telekinetics though is extremely rotation heavy. Because we rely on procs, you can build a rotation that practically guarantees the proc which seems priority based but isn't. Also, rotations that include this pseudo-priority into it will maximize dps.
