Upcoming PvP Changes

Apparently, some pretty drastic PvP changes in the pipeline:

I don't know what I think about the new "AoE doesn't interrupt captures" feature. Sounds like it will make spam capping too powerful...

Are they ever going to add a new warzone? Cause some of these changes are nice, but a new warzone is really what I want to see.

I'm right there with you on new WZs. I think the logic is meant to be: more people can get PvP gear -> more people will be interested in queueing for PvP -> Bioware has a higher rate of return making stuff for PvP -> Bioware makes more WZs and other cool stuff. At the moment, they have a very low incentive to make new WZs, because (apparently) so few of their players actually play them.

Of course, they're raising the cap on PvP coms to 200,000, which probably means that in the shorter term they'll be adding some high-cost PvP-only stronghold decorations or something. We'll just have to see.

Yeah, apparently only 2% of all players have the top tier pvp armor. That seems really low to me, but I can't see the numbers they can. Hopefully more will play and thus more zones will happen.
