I mostly craft schoolar stuff from potions to oils to some legendry stuff , lore books . at least my LM does hehe tier 7 master schoolar .

my High level hunter is a master tier 6 woodworker . so anything you need made from wood I prolly can make easy enough .

my minstril hit 25 an stilly only a tier 2 jewelcrafter .

Really wish the group I used to run with in lotro was active still hehe then I'd have access to a master tier 7 weaponsmith an tailor an armorsmith . but sadly can't help thier .

I might try the gaurdian out . they seem more solid a tank then wardens .

Edit . Deleted sarika an re rolled her to a hobbit gaurdian . she's level 7 or 8 . But not for long hehe .Prolly make her an armoursmith .

Lotro - Underdark - 10-14-2011

Warden's are awesome tanks near end game, starting fresh they aren't so hot until their skills increase. I'll have to log in to see what level my toons are.

Lotro - kateria - 10-15-2011

yeah , finding the guardian hobbit I gotten up to level 12 . Seems to have 0 problems generating and holding agro . Has plenty of health to deal with multiple adds . But the dps output is horribly bad . Even going over power for the two hand offensive stance the dps just parses close to captains without thier herald pets helping them hehe . Plus the lack of any ranged attack for pulling makes the gaurdian seem less appealing at least til level 30 when the guardians get bows & crossbow proficency. Maybe at 15 with heavy armour an heavy shields the Guardian will get better .

Tempted to try a champion since they get proficency with a bow at 18 . an heavy armour at 20. But I dunno, maybe a warden might not be so bad . Hrmm a hobbit warden ... maybe !

Lotro - Underdark - 10-15-2011

I forget the name of the skills, but wardens can steal hp from mobs and give it to themselves. They are probably the best solo class in game for the toughest situations. Except in raids or groups they are between a champ and guardian, definitely an off-tank class, but I have seen good wardens outdo guardians and champs. I will admit I was never that good with my warden. Tongue But my champ on the other hand, was in the top 5 on our server in my prime.

Sorry we missed ya last night Mep. We're going to be on for sure tonight, I actually managed to get an almost full night of sleep, so i'll be able to stay awake past 9pm lol. Babies that don't sleep well, are akin to torture some nights lol.

So rolled a human Champion . Got her to 16 . must say very fun class so far . can't wait to see how well the character holds up at 20 with heavy armour . Looking forward to 18 an being able to use a bow for ranged pulling . Hate body pulls ...

Champ was my only real toon for a year, and kept it as my main for 2 years after that, I think you will enjoy it the most out of any of the melee classes. And btw, go for 2handed not dual weapons - the damage output is more than the dual even though it's slower. In the long run, it is the preferred setup for a champ build.

Pre mirkwood this was definitly case . But post mirkwood and especially now with isengaurd , the champ is better off by a wide margin to dual wield . This advice comming from several level 75 champs I've chatted to over a few different servers . But I'll give two hand weapons a shot an take a peak . :-) .

:bravo:

I have lotr but haven't really played much...do you TS or meet online?

Lotro - Sabriel777 - 10-16-2011

Mep and I have been using Ts the past couple nights... Since we're different levels atm. But I ran around for a bit with him last night, and we've been making him some gear too. It really is a fun game Smile

Lotro - kateria - 10-17-2011

I just log in an roam around an bump into strange people . Fun folks but hey it works ^

Lotro - Zombie - 10-25-2011

Its sad, I feel like such a newb every time I login and Ive been playing off and on since closed beta. Ive been so out of touch with updates and such. I think my toon is in the low to mid 20's. I had to reformat my HD the other day and I really haven't had the desire to login.

Lotro - Meparch - 10-26-2011

Everyone one (Sabs, Syn, Kat, myself) has a low to mid lvl char. Playing most nights, you should come on.

Lotro - Zombie - 10-26-2011

What server are you all on?

Lotro - kateria - 10-26-2011

we are on landroval server Zombie ^. Last night we did a couple skirmishes . They were brutally nasty , an yet alot of fun .
