In Alberta we are with Shaw Cable, and we don't have a limit on our downloads, only on uploading. But we don't have Congeco out here. Only Shaw, Telus, and Rogers.

Heh, well in Colorado Comcast does have dl limits but its so high that its extremely rare that anyone can go above the limit.
