First Strike Y'all seen this?

Anyone here have BF 2142?

It looks mildly interesting, but my main interest is in the mod "First Strike" coming out this month.

I don't have the game yet, but I'll probably DL the mod when it comes out so that I have it before LucasArts shuts them down for doing quality work and making LAs games look like garbage.

Okay, I'm totally interested now.

I have BF2 and I've played the BF2142 demo. They were fun, but FPSes shine like most games when you've got friends to play with.

It looks like I may need to pick up a copy of 2142 cuz.. well: DAMN!

Wow. That's kinda nifty. I may have to pick it up too.

Now they have and SP version in the works. My hope would be to see some co-op options also.

Its a lot of fun. I want to play more of it but this entire week has been hectic to say the very least.
