Tongue

Also, I have never said "aboot" in my life, every time I say about, some American starts laughing and claims I said aboot, which I haven't.

Could be worse though, I could say stuff like Ruff when I mean Roof, or ya'll or youins, etc etc etc

I don't follow politics much, I keep tabs on it, but that's about it. But, Harper is just a puppet, so the sooner he's out the better

I have to respectfully disagree on that Kateria. Harper is a moral majority fundamentalist ruled by the oil companies (think Canada's version of Bush). If anyone is better than him, which in my opinion they're all corrupt, it would be Ignatieff the new Liberal Leader. If they had had him for the Liberal Leadership for the election campaign, I don't think Harper would have gotten so close to a majority government in the first place. Stephan Dion was and is a boob, and is the main reason so many Liberals split their vote and voted NDP instead.

As for the seperatists, realistically they are the old guard in Quebec now, and if a referendum was to go ahead, I doubt very much they would vote as a province to seperate. Especially given the recession, and how much of the National Debt Quebec owns. Essentially its Harper's own fault, when you have a minority government you need to play nice with the other kids in the sandbox, and the LAST thing you do is threaten to take away their corporate funding for election campaigns. If he had a Majority government there was nothing they could do, but he doesn't and he made a very foolish mistake. One that he will likely pay for by having his government dissolved.
