Definately Wii. Bro-in-law has TFU on X360, I have it on Wii. It's just...I dunno. When the Wii was first announced, my first instinctive thought was "Wait till they make a Star Wars game, the wii-mote is a freaking lightsaber hilt waiting to happen." And they did, and I'm not disappointed even in the slightest bit.
Nifi's right (got that hurt to say.) If you're looking for the latest and hottest graphical output, X360 is it. Since you have a blu-ray, the allure of the PS3 is minimal for you (until they get a Final Fantasy game -- drool.) Wii is the best combination of tried and true concepts (Zelda FTFW) and the newest technology. Necro pointed out that the PS3 includes wireless, there is nothing wired whatsoever to the Wii, with the exception of using gamecube controllers if needed for Mario Kart. We've had numerous Wii parties, and even people who've never touched any video game before (Read, my mother) can pick up a lot of the game very quickly. It's more intuitive to SWING THE DAMN LIGHTSABER to strike as opposed to hitting up up down dowl X A B right trigger button.
TFU is infinitely more engrossing and fun to play on Wii. I guess the bottom line is that if you're buying it solely for TFU, you'll have more fun on the Wii. If you're buying it and MGS, Halo, or any other single player FPS games, X360. If you're buying it and classic titles that always deliver a fun time, Wii FTW.
