Thursday: Closed Operations
Friday: Flashpoints
Saturday: Operations
Sunday: Alternative Character Night/World Boss take down

Sunday is our social day - just enjoy playing with guildies somewhere along their story line as they level. It doesn't matter if you've done it already or before or are done with that - we are just set up to have fun together. Then as the evening comes to a close we can take down some world bosses with alts or with mains.

Flashpoints do not have class restrictions, but they do require 1 tank, 1 healer, 2 dps.

Open ops are just that, operations thrown together for fun. For Eternity Vault, any class combo of at least 2 tanks, 2 healers, and 4 DPS can do it easily - no other restrictions than that.

Closed ops are restricted to premade groups put together by signups on the forums, just like Marce has been doing. These may have more restrictions, requiring at least a trooper, a smuggler, a consular, and a knight. People who are signed up on the forums have first preference to fill the group. If for some reason someone does not show then it is the group organizer's privilege to fill that position as he/she see fit.

Leadership can be summed up in one word: initiative.
Within that idea, we have resourcefulness, flexibility, respect, compassion, accountability, and communication.

Should anyone have a desire for a particular group aspect of the game whether warzones, Illum, ops, or flashpoints - here is my recommendation.

1] First ask in guild chat. Pick up those who respond.

Note: Because people might be involved elsewhere, they may not see your question. Create a guild tab (instructions in another sticky)!

2] To fill out the group, use a person's name specifically in guild chat OR send a tell (holomail or guild msg) to people who you think might be interested.

Note: The reason for this is it gives an audible ding should they have missed your first guildchat message.

3] Wait for a response. If they reply in the negative for something you'd like to do now, especially with them (because they are the same lvl, same mission, or in the same area), ask them about their availability.

- "When would be a good time to get together to do _________?"
- "Can we do it (later today, tomorrow, over the weekend)?"

This empowers the other person, they get some control and cooperation. You have demonstrated initiative and given a timeline. People like and need this.

Also, ask about any conflicts they have that might interfere....such as walking the dog.

4] Repeat this process for the next person.

5] If someone's schedule doesn't coincide as well with the other people, keep searching. They will get in eventually because you will be more flexible with your time than the rest of the group especially with Sabers

6] If possible, make a schedule and/or try to do it at a regular time.

Note: We do have generic nights on which we do things.

7] I personally try to find contacts in other guilds so we can build those alliances and friendships but so we can fill a group that just needs one more person. This has been difficult for me as of late, but will get better.

8] If you simply can't get anyone together that night, you should have the info of at least one person who is on board with you for another evening. Wait and do it then.

Caveat: Try your best not to randomly send out invites without giving the person prior warning and having some conversation. Some may see it as epic, but some may see it as rude.

Ranked Warzones

Pre-Season One of Ranked Warzones has begun!Participate for more competitive matches and greater rewards.
Level 50 players can queue solo or in a group of up to 8 players via the Queue Solo Ranked and Queue Group Ranked buttons in the Warzone Queue Window.
After a Ranked Warzone has ended, your Solo Rating or Group Rating will be adjusted based on the outcome of the match and the ratings of all players participating.
Players are rewarded Ranked Warzone Commendations based on performance; these Commendations can be used to purchase the new War Hero PvP gear.
Players with high ratings can purchase Rated War Hero gear and vehicles. Rated War Hero gear has the same stats as War Hero gear, but has a more prestigious appearance.



Interesting and challenging will be Ranked Warzone. In order to be competitive we need to have a better organization and in game coordination.
These groups should be organized as we do with PVE operation, where time and group composition is scheduled in advance.

And who is our PVP leader??

Well since I'll be joining in soon I might aswell throw this out there. I got the CE edition and it has some pretty neat stuff also it has a special store which you can get special stuff and really good stuff for cheap so if you need something for cheap just tell me and I'll get it for you also if someone wants to borrow something like the flare gun (I don't know if everyone can get that) for missions and such I'll be happy to lend it out.
