In the original Frenzy was one of the cassettes that ejected from Soundwave's chest, he was the blue one, in the movie Frenzy was the CD player, and was slightly nuts
Personally I thought Frenzy was funny as hell hehe

Ok well Im 30 years old and I remember soundwave as a ghetto blaster and the tape thingy ma jig do hicky turned into a dog or somethin...and Megatron was a stinkin gun I have NO idea what he was in the movie also bumblebee was a stinkin vm bug there was no hummer transformer and no dually chevy either (although he was my fav) Dont get me wrong I loved the movie just hated how much it was changed....imagine a He-Man movie and having battlecat as a...monkey tarfyre: I actually loathe thinking about the sequel.

I actually loved the changes they made, and I feel some of them were necessary to keep it....well, a bit more realistic. Like who would believe that Megatron went from this giant robot, and shrink down into a gun another Decepticon could hold? I get the feelin I am the only 30 something here that actually liked the movie with the changes.

Ice is right.. Besides that, think about all the changes they did to the different series of cartoons. The movie did nothing different than they did. There's always going to be some kind of change involved when you go from cartoon to a semi-real-world environment. Necessary changes, folks.. Necessary changes.
Though I think having Starscream transform from an F-15 would have made him look more like he original. That, I think, they coulda done.

I thought having Starscream as a F-22 was pretty smart, in the original he was one of the most advanced fighter jets on the planet, in the movie he was again, an F-15 really isn't that spectacular in this day and age, the F-22 is one of the best jets out there, and if you notice at the end when Starscream is leaving Earth's atmosphere, he changes into an F-15 (or at least something similar), it's hard to see cause it's a view of the back of him, but the engines are blocky and the tail rudders are straightened up and resemble that of the F-15

I agree. Updating starscream to the f-22 was a good move. Why make him turn into a plane older than ice. What I didn't like was him and megatron looking exactly the same in robot form so you couldn't tell which was which. The robot design was poorly done.
Bubblebee was an outrage though. How dare Bay sell out to GM and have Bee turn into a piece of crap. I think that was what got to me the most, all the damn GM advertisements. Yeah, lets have all these bad ass robots turn into shitty vehicles.
Autobots, Transform and Breakdown.

I happen to want one of the '09 Camaro concepts (nothing to do with the movie either), I checked out their spec's at the Chevy homepage and it looks awesome

The Camero is cool no doubt, and I don't really care for Chevy.
That said,
Transformers sucked. Seriously, if it wasn't for Bumblebee and Shia LeBouf I would have walked out. About the only thing that didn't blow about the movie other than those two were Megan Fox and that blonde Aussie hacker.
I blame GM, and Michael Bay. The man couldn't direct traffic.

Could be worse.. Coulda been some damned Jap-crap POS like all the other movies these days tend to use. It's about damned time they used good ol' American cars. With my father working for GM, I happen to think upping their sales is the right thing to do. And anyone who says otherwise will get their ass kicked at DCon. Seriously. It's not something I play around about.

You poor poor beat up but very right bastard.
Seriously Meryl, do yourself a favor and don't buy GM. You want a car that is engineered to last, not one engineered to be replaced in a hurry for a quick turn around sale.
