Theft yes entertainers can rob their clients, or any other hapless soul they find. A warning never go AFK while anywhere near a entertainer. You must actively block theft, and if they continue to rob you the payout increases. Entertainers can take anything your character has credits, blocks, items, XP.

It probably is a fake or a very early bad write up. The thing is over a year old.

Some times you get a little kiddie writing up a wish list. I wouldn't discount anything because you don't like it though. The NGE sound absurdly fake until it became true.

Its not that I like or don't like it really. It just lists just about every single MMO design that is considered a no-no, including some that just don't work together at all.
