Curious about how to pre-order Pirates of the Burning Sea

I'm sure there are a few of us in SBR that's gonna be checking this game out, but those who had already pre-ordered it, did you "Retail pre-order" or "digital preorder" it? Which would be the better option?

I just found out in the POTBS forums if you want the parrot and sword you have to pre-order the retail copy not the digital, if you do digital u won't get the parrot or sword

Well it looks like those in Canada won't be able to get the pre-order set afterall, it's Americian only. I tried pre-ordering at bestbuy.ca (since Bestbuy.com isn't available to Canadian consumers, therefore we can't register) but none are available at the online store, but it is for Bestbuy.com

thats odd, I thought it was north america...do you have a paypal account? might be able to ship it to ya if ya want....

Some places in the States are fucking retarded, one place told me that I couldn't use my Mastercard to buy something from them because they "do not accept foreign credit cards"......................... Fucktards....... <_<

What would be even worse about that explanation would be if it was an American Express card =P

For those who don't know I tried EB games yet they aren't for certain if i'll get it or not then i'm like "Well it's available on EBgames.com" and I was told that's the American website, we don't have it on ours but if you leave your name, and number blah blah blah then we'll call you if it comes in *LOL*

Unfortunately that's usually what happens, EB Games Canada is left in the dark about everything the main office is doing till almost the last moment. Honestly I'm sick of this "North America wide but only available in the US" crap.

Had that problem with a few games while I was in Korea. What I ended up doing was to have someone in the states get it, and then ship it to me.
