Eve Online for $5 bucks

Anyone wanting to play eve online it is now just $5 on steam. Have to say for $5 someone like *coughSTARFIREcough* could try it out. Everyone is welcomed of course.

Does it include a free month? I assume it's the standard $15 per month?

It is the client + 30 days. I suggest getting a free trail and then see if you can get it for $5. The 14 day free trial + 30 of bought time for $5 basically. You can buy the game any time during the trial and they tack on the 30 days at the end of your trial.

Dunno had a 21 Day try out deliverd by Doc... didn't pay a dime untill I decided to subscribe as a paying customer..

You paid quite a few more dimes than the 150 you paid for the first month when you signed on.

dunno can't recal I just cannot remember paying anything additional for starting on the game as it is.

I wonder if we'll ever get Star to try it. I'll drop the $5 for the first month even, if he does.

At this point I would be so freakishly behind everyone that I doubt I would contribute much.

The thing is that it does not really matter that much... I too was far behind everyone when I started out... just give it a shot if you feel like it would be somethign to mess around with as it is.

Nah Star, new players get double training speed, plus most of the people there would give you lots of money to buy good stuff. I made an alt a few weeks ago and it took only about a week and a half to make him really useful.
