Sorry for bumping an old thread but I thought it intersting. But the easiest way to look at it is: Jedi/Republic, Sith/Empire, Mandalorian/Mandalorian.

Mando's were over rated but the fan boi's seem to love them / shrug . Then again we have fan gurls who adhore jedi too so take it all with a mixed grain of salt .

Not really. You only need the smallest of traces of iodine in your diet. If you used some iodized salt a few times of month you'll get plenty regardless.

With that said, there's iodine in most sea salt depending on where the sea water they used came from. Kosher salt on the other hand doesn't have have any.

Eat some seaweed every once and awhile and you'll have plenty
