SoE failure .........

So I got to log into my soe account to resub swg for the final days . An it prompts me to change my PW .

I change my pw , even get the confirmation email it's been changed . Go to log in an no go. Invalid password ... wth SOE ??? the pw was a combo of 11 characters an numbers . just like the pw change prompted asked for .
