dunno , movie looks kinda thin on plot , weak on story , and not quite epic . Then again it isn't a white wolf inspired movie about vamps / tramps/ an whoring blood sucking leaches . So it'll bomb .

If White Wolf ever did a movie based on their table top RPG it would be epic but sadly it will probably be based on the newest edition of the vampire franchise, Vampire: The Requiem and not Vampire: The Masquerade.

That being said, I think it's an interesting twist, idea wise.

bram stokers dracula was actually good . A worthy send up to the orginal novel .

Actually Queen of the Damned was total crap, the director based the movie on both Queen of the Damned and the vampire Lestat, but didn't follow through the original plot, instead they had Lestat's sire as Marius which is total BS

An again Anne Rice condemed that movie as being a blasphemy upon her novel'd works . Prolly why she refues to allow hollywood any screen rights to her novels .... Why ? because all the movie adaptations are crap .

Interview and queen of the damned both were total crap movies . Even the dvd video sales are way down with both movies ... You know you have a craptastic movie when no one wants to even rent the movie ....
