No guild bank?

Sabers,

Apparently Bioware Customer Service does not think we ever had a guild bank. Below is the email I received and my response.

I'm sorry, but that is unacceptable. I have been a paying member since the beginning of the game, have a re-occurring subscription, and bought the collectors edition. My guild and I spent 7 million in game credits setting our bank up and I would like it reinstated.

I'll admit to piggybacking my gripe with the naming policy. Here's what I submitted.

Our guild was instructed to remove all items and credits from the guild bank on another server that was indicated as a "source server." We were instructed to disband the guild and submit a ticket to move the guild bank to another server. Now, despite having screenshots and evidence of the existance and status of our guild, we are being told that there is no record of that guild bank. Further, due to this enforced server move, character names that I took time off from work and purchased 2 "collector's edition" packaging to access the game sooner tp reserve that information, my name was not reserved on the "target server" despite the account that has that name is inactive. Please do not send me another response stating that there is nothing you can do and you apologize for this convenience. Please indicate directly how you will compensate both myself and our guild for this complete and utter failure in customer service and the loss of items of both personal and tangible value. In a global economy such as ours and with new subscriptions severely lacking, customer service is what makes or breaks a firm. I hope my faith in the firm's ability to resolve this issue does not disappoint me. Original ticket # 5601909, 5599868.

After receiving many tickets from pissed off assholes, they decide it would be best to give the assholes what they want. We now have all 4 guild tabs back.

Yes, thanks to everyone who sent in complaints. Our guild bank is back and working as it was. Feel free to take what you need, and contribute when you can.
