First off, there isn't anything wrong with enviromentalism.
Second, which Macross? The Japanese Macross, or a Robotech movie? (That would rule.)

Live action Gundam movie (Doesn't matter which series, preferably Gundam SEED though  )
I know one was done already, but it was low budget and apparently sucked ass

Speilberg says Transformers 2 is already in the pipe, so he's got a lot of confidence that it's going to be good. Also, Lucas apparently was somehow personally involved with Industrial Light and Magic on the FX in the movie, plus the director said in an interview that he tried very hard to give each robot an individual character, and have the same sort of humor from the original series.
And they have the transforming noise!!!

I second that. The world needs a live action Robotech and/or Macross movie. I'll even settle for Mospeada at this point.

Don't you mean settle for the Southern Cross? (Or whatever the heck they called the original Japanese version.) That was the worst of the three.

Good point. Mospeada would be a real treat.

Just remember that Star's an Athiest and takes offense to God's creatures being slaughtered as food. Instead, try some of God's soyrizo ;p

And I be a "Hindu" convert that takes the same offense. :p What a diverse set of intentions we have ...

Scientifically speaking, if your ass is starving and there's nothing to eat but a steak.. You're gonna bloody well eat the steak. Instinct. Science tells us your instinct is to survive no matter what. Religion says that God made you in His image. Therefore, if God was starving, he'd eat the steak. No matter how you slice it, the logic of being a vegetarian is flawed.
